Without information, they say one is deformed. Knowledge gotten from information is so important that it can be said to responsible for the difference between an Educated Man and an Illiterate. We all value information and as a result we are always willing to pay sometimes heavily for them. We spend a greater part of our youth-life going to school, spending huge amount of our scare resources buying books as well as other materials geared towards informing and reforming us.
In today’s information age, the internet is the most valuable means of sharing; buying and selling information easily across the globe, there is no other known means that comes close to the potential of the internet in this regard. Internet marketers know this and had since grasped hold of this wonderful opportunity. They sell almost all types of information on the Net, from “How to make Money” – “How to kill yourself legally”, etc, for various amount of money. In advanced countries, buyers pay for such information right from the comfort of their houses, sometimes in front of their computer, using advanced payment methods like Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal etc.
In third world countries like Nigeria, the reverse is the case, here, internet marketers majority of whom are charlatans and fraudsters ask their clients to go to a Bank and pay the desired amount into an account obviously owned by the marketer. The problems with this mode of payment are numerous. In almost all Nigerian banks, it is not easy to pay-in or withdraw money from an Account. Withdrawal is a little bit easier now because of the newly installed ATM machines in almost all banks across the nation. But Paying-In is another story altogether.
The queue of those waiting to lodge in money can be quite discouraging. At this stage, a potential buyer can start to wonder if this waiting will be worth his while, he is not even sure of what he is paying for and now he or she will have to wait for close to an hour or more in some cases when a particular bank has problem with their Network, to pay money into someone he does not really know; Bank Account. The amount in question is not the issue but the “Time” been wasted and the possibility of being “Scammed”. If the marketer refuses to send the desired information to the buyer as agreed and at the stipulated time, what can the depositor do?

How to Open and Verify PayPal Accounts from Banned Countries

We are going to use a non – European address and non- European Victual Visa Card in the registration and verification of the PayPal account. We get any non- European address that PayPal accepts and also get a non – European virtual card from www.virtual-cc.com
Go to www.virtual-cc.com, click on the card for PayPal verification and then choose non-European card.
Type the amount of unit you want to buy and put your email address. This is the email they are going to send the details of your card to, click on calculate price.
Then you click the link to buy the card through Liberty reserve, follow the process of paying through the liberty reserve, the card presently is $7.50, so your liberty reserve account will be charged with $7.50.
Ø In about an hour the card detail will be sent to your email, you have to use this card within 24hrs.
Ø Get a non – European address, look for a non-European address of a country that PayPal accepts and use it in your registration with PayPal.
Ø Go to www.google.com, type the yellow page of a non-European country that PayPal accepts e.g. “china yellow page” in the space and search.
Ø A list of links from goggle comes up; choose a link that has to do with addresses of businesses.
Ø It will now demand that you should put the category of business address you are looking for, just type computer stores or Beauty salons etc, to give you addresses of these businesses.
Ø Use the detail address of any of the addresses that comes up in your registration with PayPal.
Ø You can use any of the address below; just change the number of the address so that it will not be completely identical with someone else’s address, this shouldn’t be too difficult.

After the detail of the visa credit card has arrived in your email go to www.paypal.com to start your registration.
Never do anything with PayPal with an IP of a country that PayPal does not accept, so you have to use a proxy site or economizer to hide your IP, you can use www.ninjacloak.com, www.skweezer.com, www.vtunnel.com
Ø In the search box given, type www.paypal.com and click search or enter on your keyboard.
Ø When you get to PayPal site, click on signup
Ø Choose China for example as your country and choose premium as type of account and continue.
Ø Fill the other details, you can use your normal name, type the email and password you want to be using for your PayPal account, use the address detail you have gotten above to fill the form, the number in the address is the post code, put the city and the state and then put China as the country of citizenship. Fill every other part of the form and click sign up at the bottom.
Ø When you finish this session don’t go further, go straight to your email box and confirm that the account had been opened before coming back to put your virtual card.
You still need to do two things
1. To confirm “Account Opened” via an email link sent to your email box.
2. To Verify Your Account by adding a card.
Ø You will need to hide your IP when you are accessing your email to confirm your PayPal email because by clicking the link PayPal sent to you, you will be re-directed to PayPal website and if you don’t hide your IP when accessing your email; PayPal will discover your real IP and limitation will be placed on your account.

Ø Be checking your email, that notification will be sent under 30mins, after you seen the notification, go back to the site www.virtual-cc.com and re-type your card number and your email and click on send request and instantly you will see something like XXXX PAYPAL the XXXX represent the 4 digit number you are looking for which would be use for your final stage of verifying your account.
Ø Go to www.paypal.com again and sign in with your email and password (Don’t forget to always go through a proxy e.g. (www.ninjacloak.com)
Ø Look for a link to supply your 4 digit number, click on it and add the 4 digit number gotten above.
Ø Immediately you add it, you will see that your account would have been verified.

Leave the Vuvuzela Alone
The Vuvuzela, a South African trumpet used mainly by football fans in cheering teams during football matches had recently come under attack by some of the footballers and coaches who are calling for their outright ban during matches most especially at the ongoing Fifa world cup presently holding in South Africa.
The reasons they gave for making such calls are that noises from the trumpets are deafening and making it difficult for them to concentrate. I liken this to giving the Dog a bad name so as to hang it.
However, what they seems to be forgetting is that football is best enjoyed when the audience participate in the game by cheering their team in any way they can or wants to. The fans can shout sings, dance, and clap their hands provided they do not engage in any form of violence.
In South Africa the Vuvuzela has been around for a while so why the hue and cry about it now. This little instrument is playing a unique role in helping to entrench memories of South Africa 2010 into our mind for a long time to come.
In my honest opinion, I think the vuvuzela should be left alone. As far as I am concerned, it has come to stay, and stay it must, at least in Africa. Long live Africa.
